Meet Abby.
A Los Angeles-based mama, mystic, musician, and sound healer making space for people to reconnect with themselves — and with each other.
Having studied psychology, spirituality, and music for years, Abby keeps returning to the places where they overlap. Mother Mystica grew from a desire to combine the emotional power of music with positive language, intention, and embodied experience.
Her work now reaches beyond the artist project into sound baths, women's circles, Mommy & Me gatherings, children's experiences, workshops, ceremonies, and aligned collaborations.
